A Research Associate in biology for over twenty years at the University of California, Santa Cruz, I specialize in realistic paintings and illustrations of the natural world. My paintings and illustrations have appeared in publications of the University of California and of the California Native Plant Society, as well as on the covers of books of poetry and a novel. My work has been shown at numerous galleries, including the Triton Museum.
