MATERIALS WITH PHOTOGRAPHY.

It is important for me to fully
immerse myself within a locality and to develop a deep understanding of
its history, landscape, weather conditions and so on—and ideally,
to use local materials. I like to be alone in the landscape. On the other
hand, I enjoy interacting with a non-specialist
audience, and am currently involved in a number of educational and community
projects. I am motivated by a desire for healing and integration in terms
of both personal experience, and of social and environmental concerns.
It is a search for a lost intimacy.
